1. Neighborhood Potluck Street Party - Sunday, August 30, 2026. The HOA invites you to join your neighbors for the annual neighborhood potluck street party. It's a long-standing tradition and a very fun way to catch up with neighbors at the end of summer. The party will take place on Sunday, August 30 from 5:00 - 8:00pm midway on Friendship Lane.

12. Deer Fibromas: A message from our neighbor Lovice Riffe - We may have all seen our doe with several alarming growths on her body. These are called Fibromas. They are caused by a deer papillomavirus. They mostly may get big but will eventually heal without treatment. They are not a public health concern.
